CIRCLE THE WAGONS.  Circle the wagons, is an old school idiom that means essentially to stop hanging out with people who do not share your ideas and beliefs. Instead you circle the wagons or rather surround yourself with the right people.  There’s truth in the old adage that you become who hang around with most. You must circle the wagons, and surround yourself with people who will challenge you to grow.  People who are smarter and more successful than you if you want to go to the next level.  The best way to do this is associate yourself with mentors who can teach you and show you the next steps.  One of the oldest and easiest methods of learning and becoming proficient, is when a Master takes an Apprentice by the hand and he tells them how to do it, shows them how to do it and then they do it.  Think about it; write your list now of who you would like to be your mentor and then take the steps to Circle the Wagons and make it happen.
