So if you have your vision, you’re going to know your ultimate destination. The mission statement, that is really the purpose of your travel. Why are you doing this? What is your big “why” in life? Mine is my family. To make a difference around the world. To contribute, to give back. So that we all can have a great good. And help others.

You see, I’m not stopping with you. I have an expectation of all of you. I’m playing it forward from me to you and I expect you to play it forward from there. Is that fair? I think that’s fair. Life is too short and the world is too small. If we can come together for a greater good, we can make a difference in this world. And it just takes one person.

You need to create a business. You have to have a solid foundation. Imagine if you were building a house and you didn’t have a solid foundation for that house. How long would that house stand? How many of you are contractors in here? A lot of you, I’ve already recognized. If you didn’t have that solid foundation, it wouldn’t work. Would it? It would knock over if the wind blew.

 If you build a solid foundation first, it’s the first step of putting in the infrastructure. Then you can grow it and it will withstand the test of time. So this is what strategic planning is for your business.

You know, when I work with all these millionaires and billionaires, there’s one key thing that I ask them. I say, “How do you know? You know, what is the secret here?” There is no secret except that they took action. And what they told me is that you have to learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable.

You have to learn to get use to butterflies in your stomach because you’re afraid of stepping off the edge and seeing where that step is going to take. Because you don’t know what’s down there. You have to trust. It’s ok. When you have butterflies in your stomach,you know you’re taking action and growing. That’s your bench mark. If you don’t have butterflies, you better get them.

You need to surround yourself with a mastermind team. Did you know that the recipe for success, the key to success is when a master takes a protégée, an apprentice and they show them how to do it, they tell them how to do it and then they make them do it.

That is the most successful learning structure in the world. And it’s been around for years, into the B.C. years. Think about that.

When you surround yourself with a mastermind team, you are getting the information that you need to sharpen your sword and continue rising up to the top. You surround yourself with like minds and your going to adjust to that life mindset. You want to grow, take yourself to the next level and surround yourself with people who can grow you there. Again, the key here is taking action.

Think success and you will achieve it

You need to be entrepreneurial in nature. If you’re coming from the corporate mindset, that’s great because there are key characteristics within the corporate mindset that you can leverage and capitalize on. However, remember, you are working for yourself, what that means is entrepreneurial in nature.

You need to think outside the buns. You need to put in the time. Put in the research. Do your due diligence. Keep learning. Be decisive in nature. You can’t wait to make a decision. You cannot wait. You cannot sleep on it. If you see the opportunity knocking, that door is knocking, you’ve got to take it now. You’re going to miss that opportunity. Don’t worry that you don’t know what to do with it. Don’t worry that you don’t have everything in place.

So, are you working time for money? That is a question I want to ask you right now. This is where you’ve got to make the decision today to change your mindset. Ok? You’re going to grow into this not go into this. According to the latest figures if you retired today, you could live very, very comfortably until about 2pm tomorrow. Truly. We don’t have the financial security behind us.
 
So what will it take for you to be wealthy? There’s six characteristics that I want you to write down. You must have a burning desire. You’ve got to have that passion within you. It’s that passion that’s going to carry you forward. It’s that passion that’s going to get you up in the morning and say, “Ok, I don’t want to do it. No, I do want to do it. I’ve got to do it. I’ve written this down. I’ve made it a burning desire.”

LOOK OUT ATLANTA THAT’S NOT A TORNADO IT’S WEALTH ALLIANCE!
 
My mother-in-law, Sandy and I left beautiful Australia on Saturday, March 15, and flew straight to Atlanta in the midst of some severe weather (there were 24 tornados the day before!) to speak for another of my close buds Matt Bacak on Sunday morning.
 
We were grateful the storms the previous day did not affect Matt’s event. You know, a lot of planning and preparation go into these events. Whew!  It was quite the trip, Sandy figured it to be about 19,500 miles total – but we didn’t care we had so much fun.  We had such a great time in Atlanta at Matt’s Marketing Madness.
 
About 10 of our Wealth Alliance members joined us there and it was awesome to see them again. We all were able to meet and get to know our new members that just joined Wealth Alliance through Matt’s event that day.  It was a great experience for us and I was the top speaker again for Matt.

You see, I’m writing this book and this has been my experience and this is going to be a Christian book and it’s called Three Doors Knocking. When God wants to take you and lead you down this path, He takes you to the first door and the door knocks. And this is the door of intuition, where you feel deep down inside that something is right or something is wrong.

 

Now everybody has had this right? Ok, so if you’re paying attention and you’re aware then you know to respond to that and to react. Usually if you feel it and it’s wrong and you act anyways, you’ve gone down the wrong path; something happens. But if you respond accordingly you go down the right path.

What you want to do first, is find the niche, determine what the need is within the community of that niche, within the target market of that niche and then provide the solution that they are looking for.

In this case, because I didn’t quite know all of that information, I had to make some basic assumptions, but I could do my research. You are essentially doing this same thing in your business as you are creating your product.

Already you have talent and experience that you want to capitalize on, and you want to build your business, and offer products and services. It is based upon your interest, hobbies, expertise, and your knowledge.

When you have a free product it is important that you send out a auto responder that says thank you and get the download link for that product.

They will be automatically delivered so you can see that this will process, its automated. Once you have created this, you have sent this out, and you have started marketing, it will automatically happen and you don’t have to do anything again.

Your list is going to start building on its own.

People are searching for this product and they are opting in. Every time they opt in we have grown our list and have started to build a relationship. One of the ways we are building that relationship is we’ve given them a free product where we taught specific information that they want to know.
