You see it is really important when it comes to product creation and developing your information marketing product in your business, you identify the resources and tools that you need. You don’t have to do everything. You can outsource and have other people do it for you. You can create an inner circle, create people around you surround yourself with excellence and have people help you mastermind and potentially participate in this project with you and take it to the next level. If you try to do everything yourself, you will become overwhelmed. It will become too difficult to do.
Remember what your mindset should be, you are creating a million dollar enterprise. You are the CEO of your business. You are the visionary of your business. You might, in the beginning, as you are building your business, be hands on and do some of the work. But think every single step you take along your path to creating this product, what can you out-source, who can help you so that you are relieved of some of the tasks? Assign it, and you simply become the manager, where you oversee and get other people to do what you would originally do.

The next step is to develop the product brand. This means you need to identify the names, you need to get a logo design, and you need to figure out how you are going to package this. How you are going to price it, where you are going to put it into the market, how you are going to leverage and utilize the key words and key selling points that you are coming up with in our research.
You see, the key selling points, you are going to have our own ideas about it, but if you remember back, our competitors already used key selling points that you can take out and use in your marketing as well. You are incorporating all of the information that you discovered and researched and now you are putting it to action as you develop your product brand.
The next step is developing your marketing brand. For each product you create, you have a strategic marketing plan. This is where you identify the infra-structure that is required. This product is going to require a sophistication system and server because you are going to have a lot of people accessing this product. You will need to have a shopping cart in place, and you need to have your merchant account in place. You will also need to have a way for people to buy this product.
Then you will need to have a way to build your list so that when people come in to utilize this product, you can build your list. You need to have customer service, because there is going to be questions. That’s all part of infra-structure. This is part of what you have to sit down and identify and go through so that you can get prepared for when this product launches, and have your infra-structure in place.

When I am writing content and inserting into the blog, what I like to do first is to write it in the word document. I don’t necessarily put a lot of formatting into it, but I will write my content into the word document. One of the reasons that I will do this, is because word has a spelling and grammar function into it. It will help me identify any misspelled words or any grammar errors. It also, allows me to get my thought process down so that I can very clear on the information that I want to put into my blog. When I want to insert it into my blog, I can simply cut and paste.
There are some things you need to be careful about. When it comes to putting information into your blog, if you were to cut and paste from word. You may have some codes that will be copied into your blog that you may not want. What a lot of information marketers will do, is they will actually cut and paste this information into notepad first. You cut and paste it into notepad, and from there, it will strip it of any extra codes. Any html codes. You may not actually see these html codes because it’s hidden behind the scene, and that’s what word does.
Every time you turn bold on, every time you underline it, every time you hit space or return, those are codes. Some of those you want, some of those you don’t because, it comes over into your blog it may not transfer exactly the way you want it. So what I do is I write my text out in word first. I don’t create any headers. I don’t bold information. I simply will put lines in if I know that I want to bullet information. I will just hit return and create my list with no bullets.

When it comes to identifying what content you need to include in your blog, you need to first identify the purpose and then put in the information. One of the things you can do to help you identify this information, is you need to put in about your company services, about you and your bio. Sometimes this may seem like a daunting task and you may not know where to start. However, if you put your research into step one, when you identified your destination and you took a look at the competition, then you should have a list of resources to relate to.
You take a look at your competitions website to get a great idea, and some information that you can utilize to incorporate your blog. You might find formating you like. You might find colors that you like. You might find words and terminology that you can use to help create your content.
Maybe there is a layout or some information that you can find and utilize to create this content. What you don’t want to do is copy exactly. You cannot do that and it is not what we are advocating here. We are advocating is that you can test your competition research, and use the information you’re finding to see what your competition is doing and you can do it better and different. You could add a template or a model to follow to get the brainstorming started to get you going on writing the content. Take it one step at a time.

Do your research to determine what you want to call your company. Find out if you can legally use that name and find out if you can use the domain name. There is a couple places you can go find domain names, Did you know there are many domain names that are deleted, that people have not used, or renewed. You can go to deleteddomains.com and you can find some names there that could be huge value to you.
What I mean by that, there are domains that have been attached to websites and have been seasoned over time. Meaning they have been on line for a period of time, and thus they have page rank that you can access now. When you are considering domain names for your company or product, check this out. This is a great resource and great tool for you. Go there and look, see what you can find.
When you go and get the domain names; get the .com and the .net also. If you want go ahead and pick up the other ones .org and .info. It’s not as necessary. The only time you want to get those is when you want to protect your company. Essentially .com is the number one extension you want to get.
If you cannot find the .com for what it is you want, don’t get it. Change the domain name around so that you can get the .com. This is the number one used extension worldwide. Don’t get a .org or .net. For one thing you loose your credibility if you get the .net. Believe it or not when people look at that, it doesn’t look as professional and you don’t have the same presence initially. It is almost like it is second rated. In this case, think about the domain names that you are going to use.

Your Internet Privacy policy should be short and sweet. Here is an example that you can use that gets right to the point:
“We respect your privacy and we PROMISE to never trade, rent or sell your email address to any third party online or offline. Period.”
Now that you have an Internet Privacy Policy… where do you put it?
You might easily guess on your blog or website. If you have a corporate website the best place is in a section under the company information that identifies your policies.
However, if you have a sales letter blog or website; did you know that there is a very strategic location that you should put this little charm? Your privacy statement should be located right in the opt-in box underneath the fields for name and e-mail address.
The reason for this is so that the prospect will quickly see it and it will mitigate any reservations that they might have about opting to your sales page. Try it and see the results!

Aim is where we really do the marketing research and we’re going to identify where we want to go. Now in business, you’ve probably heard about this before but I’m going to twist it around a little bit. This is the funnel theory of marketing. You have a funnel and it’s wide at the top and gets smaller at the bottom. Low end products at the top. Mid-range products in the middle. High end products at the bottom. Now as you’re going through the funnel it becomes less people because not everybody’s going to buy at the high end. They’re going to funnel through the process.

Goals and objectives are really essentially what roads are you going to take? How are you going to get there? And the action plans is what transportation is going to get you there fastest?
Now I’m here to tell you that all of you have done this before. You may think this is new but you’ve done this before. How many of you have gotten in your vehicle at night time, to drive your vehicle and you knew your destination? Raise your hand. Ok, I’m participating up here, I want you to participate. So, here’s the deal. You got in your vehicle. It’s night time. You know your destination. But you can only see 100 feet ahead of you. You trust that you know what’s going to be after that next 100 feet, that next mile, down that road. And you reach your destination; you get there.
See this isn’t going to happen overnight. Don’t think that this is get rich quick because it’s not. This is get life quick but it’s the real deal. You have to put in your part. There is no magic pill. Ok? I speak honestly about this stuff and a lot of people may not but I do. I want you to know what you’re getting into. And just know that you’ve done it before. So if you’ve done it before, can you do this? Yes, you can!
So in the process of building your business and getting ready for this, we’re going into marketing first and developing your systems and processes, because the more systems and processes you have in place, the right systems and processes you have in place, the more efficient you are and the more you can make money. You’re going to decide on your primary marketing plan. But here’s the deal, if you don’t plan subconsciously and ultimately, you are essentially planning to fail. Do you get that? You’ve done it unknowingly or knowingly.

We’re going to talk about the plan in your business. What you have to do is start first. You have to get ready and this is about strategic planning.
You need to create a business. You have to have a solid foundation. Imagine if you were building a house and you didn’t have a solid foundation for that house. How long would that house stand? If you didn’t have that solid foundation, it wouldn’t work. Would it? It would knock over if the wind blew. If you build a solid foundation first, it’s the first step of putting in the infrastructure. Then you can grow it and it will withstand the test of time. So this is what strategic planning is for your business.
Remember you don’t want to fire then aim and forget this process. This is what is going to keep you on track. This is what’s going to keep your focus. This is what’s going to help you make decisions on where to spend your time. Because if you have a plan in place and somebody presents an opportunity to you, you can say, “Ok, let me see if this works within my plan.”
