You know, when I work with all these millionaires and billionaires, there’s one key thing that I ask them. I say, “How do you know? You know, what is the secret here?” There is no secret except that they took action. And what they told me is that you have to learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable.
You have to learn to get use to butterflies in your stomach because you’re afraid of stepping off the edge and seeing where that step is going to take. Because you don’t know what’s down there. You have to trust. It’s ok. When you have butterflies in your stomach, you know you’re taking action and growing. That’s your bench mark. If you don’t have butterflies, you better get them.

So, are you working time for money? That is a question I want to ask you right now. This is where you’ve got to make the decision today to change your mindset. Ok? You’re going to grow into this not go into this. According to the latest figures if you retired today, you could live very, very comfortably until about 2pm tomorrow. Truly. We don’t have the
financial security behind us.
So what will it take for you to be wealthy? There’s six characteristics that I want you to write down. You must have a burning desire. You’ve got to have that passion within you. It’s that passion that’s going to carry you forward. It’s that passion that’s going to get you up in the morning and say, “Ok, I don’t want to do it. No, I do want to do it. I’ve got to do it. I’ve written this down. I’ve made it a burning desire.”

WEALTH ALLIANCE IS NOW OFFICIALLY IN AUSTRALIA!
While I’ve been taking time to have some fun with the kids and Randy, I’ve also been trying to catch up on all of my emails. On March 9, Sandy and I went to Australia for The World Internet Summit. We left about 5 days in advance of my speaking at the live event, to enjoy Sydney and see the sites. This is an incredible city with the kindest people you would ever want to meet. We instantly fell in love with it there and called our husbands to tell them we were staying. LOL!
The event was Huge! They had about 400-500 people there and it was just absolutely incredible – very professional. I spoke on Friday and it was a HUGE Success! We have so many new members from Australia now – I’m very excited to have them join our family. Welcome to all of you! I ended up being one of the top speakers at the event, with the audience, that the promoters have invited me to come back and join them again. I’m so excited and can’t wait to return.
As soon as I know when I’m speaking at the next live event, I will be sure to let you know.

What you want to do first, is find the niche, determine what the need is within the community of that niche, within the target market of that niche and then provide the solution that they are looking for.
In this case, because I didn’t quite know all of that information, I had to make some basic assumptions, but I could do my research. You are essentially doing this same thing in your business as you are creating your product.
Already you have talent and experience that you want to capitalize on, and you want to build your business, and offer products and services. It is based upon your interest, hobbies, expertise, and your knowledge.
A niche in time saves nine!

There is generator, formula, and a bunch of other words you might want to use that would make sense to start creating a theme for your product. Every time you create a product you can use this word and tack it on.
You are starting to create an overall and complete system. The reason we are doing that with our product is when we utilize the word accelerator, for example, and you see one of our other products, List Building Accelerator, and Word Press Blog Accelerator, what is going to happen is that this will become recognized out in the marketplace.
Then what we have done is leveraged the opportunity for a customer to buy from one product and then buy into a second one. That is part of our overall brand and our continued strategy to sell and to get people to move to our marketing funnel.

Phase one of your business is to build a list and have it ready prior to your product being created. Phase 2 is to set up the marketing for your product. Phase 3 is setting up membership for your product and then going into Phase 4 is the sales, to sell your product. Phase 5 is where you repeat this entire process and you create your next product and thereby we are building the funnel.
It is a continuous process. Your product is always in the middle. When you are done with one, you go to the next one. You are always building your list, marketing, strengthening your membership, and bringing in new content and new information. Perhaps you will add different levels and create a different membership.

One of the easiest ways for you to create a product is to have an outline, get our examples, get t case studies together, and then record the product through an audio or a webinar.
Then you can teach it and get the information real time and live and then have it transcribed and have an e-book. You can do these 2 ways; you can write your information first, you can write your e-book first, and then record it and get an audio. Or you can do the audio based upon your outline, and then get it transcribed, and now you have your e-book or you’re manual.
You can do this yourself or you can outsource any part of this and you can use E-Lance as a tool to out sources to create your product.

Once you know your topic you want to define your niche. The number one question you want to ask yourself, is it a viable market?
You may have a great topic and the reason we created your list is to identify the top 3. It is quite possible that your number l priority is not going to present itself for a viable business opportunity meaning either the market is saturated or there is not really a need in the marketplace.
You define your niche and then take you take steps to validate it. The first thing you do is look at your topic and you research your niche market. You find a niche market through a series of links. This is one of the most valuable aspects of preparing for creating your product.
From here you can gleam a lot of information. This would not just be from marketing process and how they sell their product but information you might use for your target market.
