When I first started out trying to make it online I signed up for 30 newsletters at least ,and of course I got a email from each of them pretty much every day. I didn’t get 30 emails all telling me to do the same thing to move forward, some of them were telling me to buy product A, some were telling me I “Had” to write articles, some were telling me I must have my own lists. Some were telling me to start my own million page adsense site.

30 “experts” (or why would I have signed up) each one telling me to buy something or follow their path. All that happened was that I got more confused and did nothing.

Set up a folder in your email called “marketing” or something similar and filter all your email so that newsletters go into that folder and then look at it after a week, you will see which of these marketers sends you info and which sends you 3 emails a day on the same dime sale or $7 tool.

Unsubscribe from the “Noisy” ones and keep the rest. Eliminate the noise

The first thing I want to share with you is in your information marketing enterprise, your number #1 goal is to own your own product. When you own your own product you keep all the money.

That has been the theme all along for the Bullseye Marketing Accelerator System so that you can build your million dollar business information enterprise. When you own your own product, you keep all the money.

That doesn’t mean you can’t be an affiliate and you can’t market someone else’s product, it just means that you make more money when you build your own business with your own information and you put it out there to your own market.

You need to be entrepreneurial in nature. If you’re coming from the corporate mindset, that’s great because there are key characteristics within the corporate mindset that you can leverage and capitalize on.

However, remember, you are working for yourself, what that means is entrepreneurial in nature. You need to think outside the buns. You need to put in the time. Put in the research. Do your due diligence. Keep learning. Be decisive in nature. You can’t wait to make a decision. You cannot wait. You cannot sleep on it. If you see the opportunity knocking, that door is knocking, you’ve got to take it now. You’re going to miss that opportunity.

Don’t worry that you don’t know what to do with it. Don’t worry that you don’t have everything in place.

Focus – is the way you will see this usually referred to. I have spoken to many people and they all seem to mention one thing, they all have 10 unfinished projects on their hard drives. No project earns you money until it is finished, your websites won’t earn any money until they are online and getting traffic.

The best tool in the world won’t make you a penny until you start selling it. When you start a project, no matter whether it is something as simple as a website that will be earning you adsense income or a full on membership site, take a pad and write down the list to follow to get that project earning money.

Niche picked, keywords collected, domain bought, articles written, template picked, site built and uploaded, promotion, and income.

Ok so maybe that is a simplified list of the process but I am sure you get the idea. That site is now making money, move onto building the next one (don’t totally forget about the site as you will want to keep promoting so the income keeps rolling in).

Starting 20 sites will make you $0, finish just 1 site and you will make money.

We’re going to go to the very basics with Bullseye Marketing Accelerator System. We’re going to talk about the business and this is where you’re going to get ready. It’s about the planning process. Then we’re going to aim. We’re going to do our market research and find out where we need to aim, what we’re going to do there in marketing. And this is what you do before the product. And then we’re going to hit fire. This is what you’re going to do during the product in creating the product in and of its self. Once your product is out there then you’ve hit your bullseye if you have planned accordingly to find your target market. And what we’re going to do with that is expand upon once you have those customers and you’ve reached that target market what you can do with them to extract more; to grow your business, to continue to take it to the next level and build upon it.

You, me, Bill Gates and ever person in the world whether they are paupers or millionaires have one thing in common.

24 hours, 1440 minutes, 86400 seconds

That is what we all get in one day, what you do with your 1440 minutes is what matters. Now obviously you don’t get a full 24 hours every day. You need to eat, sleep, do your day job and interact with your family so the time you are left with that you can turn into money is really quite limited for most people. Give some thought to how you spend your time and what tasks you achieve in that time. Think about outsourcing work if you aren’t already doing so. You only have so many minutes, make sure you use them profitably.

It is always tempting to take the easy way to monetization of a site, Adsense, once you have your adsense account you can just copy and paste 10 lines of code and bingo you can earn a few cents per click. Adsense is simple to use, easy to implement and there are lots of success stories from people who have made lots of money with it (or they met someone on a forum who says they did).

Just because something is simple it doesn’t mean it is the best or most profitable. Be open to new ideas and be willing to put in some work in the short term for long term income.

There are so many great sites and tools available and the sales letters are out of this world so it can be easy to suddenly find that you have monthly fees for 10 different membership sites and tools. Add that to your hosting fees and suddenly you are finding that you need to make $1k a month just to cover your spending.

Don’t buy domain names that you are not sure what to do with. If you buy domains and don’t use them straight away , at least put a parking page on them and write a note somewhere or put a reminder on your calendar so you will be reminded to go and work on them. If you think about buying a ebook because you are “sort of” interested, dont buy it right away. Save the link and come back to it in a day or two. Always think it through and do your research.

If you do buy an ebook, print it out and put it wherever you do your reading. If you buy a tool, you MUST do two things. DOWNLOAD IT (you would be amazed how many people pay for something and then don’t even download it) and READ THE MANUAL. You can’t use the tool unless you learn how to use it, the time you spend learning how to use any tools will pay you back in productivity.

Keep a eye on your hosting accounts, as you buy more domains you will buy more hosting (spreading risk, different IP’s so you can interlink your sites are just two of the reasons why you would buy more than one hosting account). The problem is that as you get more hosting it becomes more and more complicated to keep track of them all. If you belong to a site that gives you 10 products a month to sell and you never quite get around to selling them then cancel the membership, or start selling the stuff.

Remember Profit is what counts not turnover.
