Next is your bullseye. This is what’s important. This is you! It’s not only you but your customers. This is what you do after the product. Now I want you to understand this right here, you need to know your customers’ experience. Because what was really hard for me to deal with was I didn’t like people being upset with me. I didn’t like people being unhappy or returning my product. I couldn’t understand, I couldn’t relate to everybody. I thought I could. I thought I could make everybody happy. But you can’t. it’s a real world.
So, fifteen percent of your customers will be unhappy because they’ll perceive that they got less than what was expected. It’s how they perceive the information. It’s what’s in their mind. It’s not about you. Eighty percent are satisfied. They got exactly what they wanted. Five percent will be happy because they will think that you under-promised and over-delivered. You’ve given more than what’s expected. Just know this is the real deal out there. So when you get customers that aren’t happy, it’s ok. Just let them go. Drop them real quick because you don’t want that negative thinking.

On our Resource Blueprint page, we not only list free tools that we recommend, but we list tools that we have affiliates links for. Meaning we have signed up with some of these tools, these companies as an affiliate, and when we go to refer these companies, we get affiliate commission.
It doesn’t cost our student anything more to use our affiliate link, in fact it is the exact same price. What happens is that the company gives us a commission. The benefit that we teach to our students is, and this is what I want you to say to yours, is that this is win-win.
We would appreciate it if you would sign up through our affiliate links to purchase any tools or resources that you see that you need.

So what are you going to do with your money? Write this down. This is the 10, 10, 10, 70 program. You’re going to give 10% away. This is like tithing. Give 10% away tithing, non-profit, your choice. Then 10% is going to go to learning. Continue to sharpen your swords. Build your knowledge, surround yourself with the right people. Go to the next level.
You’re going to blow 10%. Have fun with it. Get out of that budget mindset. Go to the nice restaurants. Go get a nice car. Whatever you want to do, treat yourself. And invest 70%. This is your financial blueprint. Now you ready to go to the next level.
Your level of success is up to you

You know, when I work with all these millionaires and billionaires, there’s one key thing that I ask them. I say, “How do you know? You know, what is the secret here?” There is no secret except that they took action. And what they told me is that you have to learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable.
You have to learn to get use to butterflies in your stomach because you’re afraid of stepping off the edge and seeing where that step is going to take. Because you don’t know what’s down there. You have to trust. It’s ok. When you have butterflies in your stomach, you know you’re taking action and growing. That’s your bench mark. If you don’t have butterflies, you better get them.

What you want to do first, is find the niche, determine what the need is within the community of that niche, within the target market of that niche and then provide the solution that they are looking for.
In this case, because I didn’t quite know all of that information, I had to make some basic assumptions, but I could do my research. You are essentially doing this same thing in your business as you are creating your product.
Already you have talent and experience that you want to capitalize on, and you want to build your business, and offer products and services. It is based upon your interest, hobbies, expertise, and your knowledge.
A niche in time saves nine!

You need to be entrepreneurial in nature. If you’re coming from the corporate mindset, that’s great because there are key characteristics within the corporate mindset that you can leverage and capitalize on.
However, remember, you are working for yourself, what that means is entrepreneurial in nature. You need to think outside the buns. You need to put in the time. Put in the research. Do your due diligence. Keep learning. Be decisive in nature. You can’t wait to make a decision. You cannot wait. You cannot sleep on it. If you see the opportunity knocking, that door is knocking, you’ve got to take it now. You’re going to miss that opportunity.
Don’t worry that you don’t know what to do with it. Don’t worry that you don’t have everything in place.

You, me, Bill Gates and ever person in the world whether they are paupers or millionaires have one thing in common.
24 hours, 1440 minutes, 86400 seconds
That is what we all get in one day, what you do with your 1440 minutes is what matters. Now obviously you don’t get a full 24 hours every day. You need to eat, sleep, do your day job and interact with your family so the time you are left with that you can turn into money is really quite limited for most people. Give some thought to how you spend your time and what tasks you achieve in that time. Think about outsourcing work if you aren’t already doing so. You only have so many minutes, make sure you use them profitably.

It is always tempting to take the easy way to monetization of a site, Adsense, once you have your adsense account you can just copy and paste 10 lines of code and bingo you can earn a few cents per click. Adsense is simple to use, easy to implement and there are lots of success stories from people who have made lots of money with it (or they met someone on a forum who says they did).
Just because something is simple it doesn’t mean it is the best or most profitable. Be open to new ideas and be willing to put in some work in the short term for long term income.

Self belief and believing that you are ready for success, that your deserve success and that success will be yours is vital. Surround yourself with positive reinforcing images and sounds.
We always tell our kids that they can be found “guilty by association” or “you are judged by the friends you keep” and there have been recent reports of medical studies that show that having fat friends can make you fat. When these reports came out a lot of people laughed, but it made sense to me. Overweight people like to eat pizza (for example) and we all like to eat out with our friends, so if you have a group of overweight friends you are more likely to eat out somewhere less healthy.
So if you want to be a success then you should try and mix with successful people, both online and offline. Forums always have their fair share of naysayers, moaners and negativity, stay away from the negativity (in fact some people recommend never visiting another forum).
Believe in yourself and surround yourself with others who believe in themselves and believe in you.

In 2008 the big product launches will start early and they will be coming fast and furious, they will be better organized than ever before and the pressure to buy them will be more intense than ever. There will be preselling, price drops, special offers and one time offers galore. 2008 will feature some of the best products known to man and some of the worst ever thought up. Some of the launches will feature truly “must have” items but for every one of those there will be 50 launches that are selling something that you will never use. It can be very easy to get caught up in the launch frenzy when everyone is emailing you telling you how good item A, B or even item C is , the forums are full of chatter and people are posting all about how they are getting a new credit card just so they can purchase the offer the minute it becomes available. Spending money on things that you will actually use and will move your business forward is wise and sensible, buying everything that is released is not. If you are building sites for adsense income you don’t need to buy a product that shows you how to make income from producing your own products. When you are ready to start making your own products then that is the time to buy the item.
Yes you may pay more for it 6 months down the line, but you will also be able to find some reviews of the item and see if it really is what you need.
